Refund and Returns Policy
At Dee’s Kitchen Catering, we take pride in providing fresh, authentic Haitian flavors prepared with care. Since our products are perishable food items, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (Epis Lakay La, Pikliz, Piman Tade, and other food items), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered.
- All sales are final to ensure product freshness and customer safety.
Refunds
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund only if:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our error in packaging or shipping.
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
After reviewing your request, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
