Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (Epis Lakay La, Pikliz, Piman Tade, and other food items), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered.
- All sales are final to ensure product freshness and customer safety.
Refunds
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund only if:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our error in packaging or shipping.
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
After reviewing your request, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
