Processing Time

- During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- Currently, we ship within United States Only.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations.
- Extreme weather conditions may affect shipping times to preserve product quality.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
